MorWEB helps mortgage brokers take AIMM

September 17 , 2008 - Marlborough Stirling Canada is pleased to announce that Affinity Insurance Marketing and Management Inc. (AIMM) has become the latest industry partner to join the MorWEB network, Marlborough Stirling Canada's growing web-based origination platform for mortgage brokers.

Mortgage professionals entering loan applications on the MorWEB origination system now have the ability to generate online insurance quotations, applications and/or waivers from AIMM’s unique Affinity Advantage insurance program along with any mortgage they have entered. Communication between MorWEB and the Affinity Advantage technology platform is seamless, allowing brokers to provide value added insurance products to their customers quickly and easily.

Any time a MorWEB user submits an application to a lender, if they are registered with AIMM’s Affinity Advantage program on the system, MorWEB will send a copy of the pertinent application data to the Affinity Advantage system and a PDF document containing the quote, application or waiver will automatically be returned and stored within MorWEB’s document management system. When the broker needs to print or send the lender commitment to the customer, the creditor insurance forms can be retrieved from MorWEB to include in the offer package to the client. All of the communication between systems is fully automated, effectively streamlining communication between AIMM and its broker partners.
